There is no job security. Manager was new to the team, he was over expecting the work from a less experience person. Also during the brainstorming sessions he use to call all the team members for the discussion and use to end up in taking 8 to 9 approaches everytime when the meeting was conducted. Later in the one on one meeting useto say that the team is spoon feeding your work. Also their online course have some bugs due to which some escalations happened and I wasade responsible for it. The patience level of the management is very bad here I must say. Although my team was very good their. I took the leaves in emergency and manager use to say that I did not planned my leaves. Some leaves were due to medical emergency and others were due to travel and flight delays....Read More
