Poor Work life balance ,No proper business strategy ,Poor Management,No Job security and satisfaction.Worst work culture due to lack of proper banking professional.The management has made a mess of the bank.It was a start up bank which could have flourished if feedback & voice of experienced employees was taken properly.Now after merger with slice which is a fintech company with no basic knowledge of banking domain they are doing the same.Within upcoming 2 years this bank would collapse....Read More

It’s in my home state ! After working in corporate in national and overseas assignment as well , I really fought hard to make it a successful entity ! But bank did not realise that at all ! Hence, no pleasant experience!

Dislikes

Orthodox thinking of the board ! Since most of the board members are from SBI background they did not appreciate corporate work culture nor they were willing to change based on the highly competitive environment !
