As we are in the process of setting up the newly opened office in Gurugram, the company is actively working on amending policies to improve them for employees. Sometimes, employees may find it challenging to align with the vision and mindset of the management, which can make it difficult for them to relate and connect. I like that the culture supports teamwork and transparency. We're give meaningful projects that align with clear goals, and there's always room to learn. The team dynamic in my team is also great because everyone is genuinely supportive making it easy to collaborate

Dislikes

Sometimes the pace can be intense and projects move quickly which can make it challenging to keep up. Putting simpler processes ins some places could help everyone stay on track

Leave policy . Like other companies they don't provide separate holidays for either government or festival leave. It will be deducted from your monthly 1.5 days leave. Like 0.5 day leave for sick/casual/ festival leave .

I have been working here for almost 1 year, the management is quite supportive, though the growth opportunities on their end is still their, but they treat the employees fairly. The organisation is in it's budding stage, so I believe that anyone who wants to learn their craft from scratch should join, they will get ample support andopportunity to grow.
