The compensation and benefits are low and the annual bonus for managers is something that managers don't look forward to as it can be biased Gurugram office culture is not nice but people working remote in the philippines are okay.

The team in the Philippines is really nice. People are very easy to work with especially the HR team and social media team. I have not been to the Gurugram Office but the Eastwood Office is really nice. It has a start-up feeling and a caring vibe. There's always food in the office

Dislikes

The compensation is not average to below average. I was a contractor for the organization and when they didn't need me anymore, they let me go. According to my manager, I was doing a good job so I kinda expected to be absorbed to a full-time role. I guess business is just business

Likes

Culture we are getting at Neolytix is so work friendly and provide motivation towards ethical work. The best part is Leadership and Management are easily reachable if facing any challenge in any part of job role. It is newly established company in India, which focus on whole revenue cycle operations, provides opportunities to work on every part of RCM, lead to expand and get clear understanding of the Cycle

Dislikes

As it focus on whole RCM operations, sometimes it finds difficult to understand the things as in India most of the companies work as per departments only and associates have limited knowledge of their own department only. So it is a great company if one is tend towards knowledge of RCM and spends at least three months to get clear understanding of company culture and RCM.

Company has recently got a physical office in Gurgaon and other India employees works all over India remotely. The HQ is in Chicago and a large number of employees works from Philippines. The India non- operation team is based out of Gurgaon and mostly function from office. The office culture is really good. The management trying best to give a good employee experience to all. Till now things are fine here. I would definitely recommend people to join who wants a complete understanding of their domain be it finance, HR, procurement or patient access and others

Dislikes

There are cons like policies are still in making, the owners are heavily involved in all the process that kind of restricts a lot of empowerments within the team. However they are trying to make this is a better place.
