Dislikes

Both owners of the company micromanage their senior leadership even in everyday tasks. The compensation and benefits are low and the annual bonus for managers is something that managers don't look forward to as it can be biased Gurugram office culture is not nice but people working remote in the philippines are okay.

As we are in the process of setting up the newly opened office in Gurugram, the company is actively working on amending policies to improve them for employees. Sometimes, employees may find it challenging to align with the vision and mindset of the management, which can make it difficult for them to relate and connect. I like that the culture supports teamwork and transparency. We're give meaningful projects that align with clear goals, and there's always room to learn. The team dynamic in my team is also great because everyone is genuinely supportive making it easy to collaborate

Dislikes

Sometimes the pace can be intense and projects move quickly which can make it challenging to keep up. Putting simpler processes ins some places could help everyone stay on track
