As it focus on whole RCM operations, sometimes it finds difficult to understand the things as in India most of the companies work as per departments only and associates have limited knowledge of their own department only. So it is a great company if one is tend towards knowledge of RCM and spends at least three months to get clear understanding of company culture and RCM.

As we are in the process of setting up the newly opened office in Gurugram, the company is actively working on amending policies to improve them for employees. Sometimes, employees may find it challenging to align with the vision and mindset of the management, which can make it difficult for them to relate and connect. Dislikes

Both owners of the company micromanage their senior leadership even in everyday tasks. The compensation and benefits are low and the annual bonus for managers is something that managers don't look forward to as it can be biased Gurugram office culture is not nice but people working remote in the philippines are okay.
