Neolytix - Business Intelligence Analyst - Report & Dashboard Design (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into clear business intelligence requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex data sets.

- Utilize Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics) to extract, transform, and load data for analysis.

- Integrate third-party APIs and manage data flows to ensure accurate and up-to-date data for dashboards.

- Write clean and efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.

- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes within the Azure ecosystem to automate data pipelines.

- Analyze data trends and identify key insights to inform business decisions and strategies.

- Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders using clear and concise presentations and reports.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power BI, Azure data services, and business intelligence best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Master's degree in a relevant field (a plus).

- 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics (a plus).

- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and managing data flows.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools within the Azure ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

- A passion for data analysis and a desire to translate insights into business value
