Power BI Analyst - Dashboard & Reporting (6-10 yrs)

PROCESS EFFICIENCY :

- Develop Dashboards/ Reports using Power BI and Excel

- Produce quality BI dashboards as required by a range of business stakeholders

- Work closely with management team

- Automate and streamline tasks using power automate and power apps

- Produce high quality, clear and concise data using graphs, charts and tables as defined.

- Respond to ad-hoc request for reporting, insights, and analysis in a timely and accurate manner

- Continual data cleansing, and ongoing report maintenance and ensure accuracy of BI

- To deal with the process queries, investigate and provide suitable solutions

- Achieve Process Improvement

- Any other ad hoc activity as required by the business, including via Excel

STAKEHOLDER LIAISON :

- Liaise with management team to ensure the BI dashboard is produced as expected and within timelines

- Communicate with stakeholders for resolution of queries related to the produced dashboards

- Cater to ad hoc requests from stakeholders.

Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience :

Essential :

- Strong knowledge of SQL database (Tables, queries, views)

- Strong Power BI experience

- Strong knowledge of Power BI desktop and Power BI Services

- Expertise in DAX, measures, calculated columns

- Strong Data Modelling experience

- Excellent communication skills both - Verbal and written

- Good knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps

- Commitment to professional standards

- Time management and organisation

- Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks

- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized

- The ability and willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly

- Good Email & Phone Etiquettes

- Flexible and Adaptable

- Prior experience on Power BI and SQL of 6+Years

Desirable :

- Business knowledge of recruitment industry

- Intermediate Excel Skills (vlookup, pivot tables, complex formulas)
