As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for an experienced Manager - Business Intelligence, who will be responsible for overseeing our BI initiatives within FNP.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the BI team, ensuring high-quality data analytics, and designing solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Manage BI Operations :

- Provide leadership to the Business Intelligence (BI) team, guiding the development and implementation of robust analytics and reporting strategies.

- Ensure efficient delivery of BI solutions, and oversee the ongoing performance and reliability of BI system.

Strategic Data Analysis :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI tools, and ensure data insights align with strategic objectives.

Develop BI Solutions :

- Design and develop BI dashboards, reports, and other analytics products that provide real-time insights into business performance.

- Lead the creation of intuitive and visually compelling reports for various stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Technology and Tool Management :

- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge BI tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Act as a BI subject matter expert (SME), working closely with stakeholders from various departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to provide insights and analytics that drive business value.

- Facilitate the training sessions for cross-functional teams and end-users on how to interpret data insights effectively.

Team Mentoring :

- Mentor and develop a team of BI analysts, providing guidance on best practices for data analysis, dashboard design, and problem-solving.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

- Monitor and measure the success of BI initiatives, ensuring that business stakeholders are benefiting from actionable insights and timely reporting.

- Continuously refine BI processes and tools based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics or a related field; MBA will be preferred, not mandatory.

- 8+ years of experience in BI & Data Analytics and web analytics, with at least 3 years of experience in lead role.

- Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms along with experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages used in data analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Desired Skills :

- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry.

- Familiarity with e-commerce market trends and consumer behavior
