Business Intelligence Analyst - SQL/Tableau (6-12 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with a strong background in SQL and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and business reporting. This role focuses on creating actionable insights, developing dashboards, and supporting strategic decisions across the organization. It is not a developer role but requires hands-on expertise in data analysis and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Intelligence and Reporting :

- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau.

- Design visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.

- Generate actionable insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

SQL Expertise :

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through thorough quality checks.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and schemas.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.

- Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on business needs.

Data Analysis and Insights :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

- Conduct root-cause analysis for business problems using data-driven approaches.

- Support predictive analytics initiatives where applicable.

Data Governance and Best Practices :

- Implement data governance standards to ensure data security and compliance.

- Promote best practices for data handling, visualization, and analysis across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 6-12 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

- Expert-level knowledge of Tableau for creating and maintaining dashboards.

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

Analytical Skills :
