We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality educational materials and designing engaging learning experiences for various audiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for creating effective training programs that enhance performance and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, online, and blended learning programs based on identified learning objectives and needs.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments, collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), and gather input to define learning objectives and content.
• Instructional Materials Creation: Develop course materials such as training manuals, eLearning modules, presentations, and job aids that align with learning outcomes and best practices.
• Learning Experience Design: Ensure all learning experiences are engaging, learner-centric, and incorporate interactive elements, multimedia, assessments, and real-world application.
• Technology Integration: Utilize various Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools, and other technologies to deliver training solutions (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle).
• Evaluation & Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance data, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure course content is accurate and up to date.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with instructional design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training initiatives and ensure the use of innovative learning techniques.Role & responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role with a focus on eLearning development.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them in designing effective learning experiences.
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools and software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Lectora).
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track learning programs.
• Familiarity with multimedia production (audio, video editing, and graphics).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• Experience designing training for diverse audiences (corporate, healthcare, education, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
• Certification in instructional Designing
