We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence to lead our centralized BI function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Assist in leading and managing the Business Intelligence team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Support the development and implementation of the BI strategy aligned with the companys objectives.
• Report & Dashboard Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Utilize the Azure stack to enhance data processing and visualization capabilities.
• Ensure reports are user-friendly, accurate, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Data Management:
• Oversee the integration of data from various sources, including third-party APIs, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Manage data flows and pipelines within the Azure environment to prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to manage data warehouses and databases.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with business units to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting within the Power BI framework.
• Data Governance & Compliance:
• Assist in establishing and enforcing data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies, particularly within the Power BI and Azure ecosystems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance BI capabilities and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Power BI: Proficiency in designing and developing dashboards and reports.
• Azure Stack: Experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• API Integration: Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and managing data flows for dashboard preparation.
• SQL: Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• ETL Processes: Knowledge of ETL processes and tools within the Azure ecosystem.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred:
• Certifications in Power BI, Azure, or related areas.
• Experience in US Healthcare will be a plus.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and data modeling techniques.
