An " eLearning Developer and LMS Administrator" role combines the responsibilities of designing and developing online learning content with managing the technical aspects of a Learning Management System (LMS), essentially overseeing the creation and delivery of eLearning courses while ensuring the platform functions smoothly for users and administrators.

Key responsibilities may include:

Authoring:

Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline and Rise) to build interactive courses.

LMS Administration:

• Creating user accounts, assigning roles, and managing access levels within the LMS.
• Uploading and publishing eLearning courses onto the LMS platform.
• Customizing settings, branding, and features of the LMS to meet organizational needs.
• Generating reports on learner progress, completion rates, and performance metrics.
• Managing integrations between the LMS and other systems (e.g., HR systems, CRM)

Required skills:

• Technical skills: Proficiency in programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for advanced customization, familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard)
• Authoring skills: Expertise in using Articulate Storyline and Rise. Knowledge in Adobe Captivate will be an added advantage
• Graphic design skills: Ability to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
