Job Description
Manage Moodle operations, including course creation, user accounts, and troubleshooting.
Configure and update educational content, such as SCORM packages, quizzes, and training modules.
Provide technical support for Moodle users and generate user engagement reports.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) for Moodle updates, integrations, and system changes.
Document processes, create training materials, and provide user training when needed.
Learn and utilize MoodleCloud SaaS to coordinate with client colleges and trainers.
Assist in managing e-training programs and ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with advisors or industry mentors to gain insights and guidance.
Participate in the development of an EdTech platform (LMS) by contributing ideas and technical support.
Who You Are:
Highly motivated with a strong interest in education technology and training.
Eager to learn and explore Moodle and LMS management.
Detail-oriented and skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
