- Course Curation & Storyboarding: Research, curate, and design engaging learning content across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains. Develop detailed storyboards for courses to provide a structured learning path.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with animators, content developers, and instructional designers to bring storyboards to life, ensuring that visual and interactive elements enhance learning outcomes.
- Learning Intervention Management: Facilitate and project manage workshops, demonstrations, and other interactive learning sessions to foster effective knowledge transfer.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate and improve course content, delivery methods, and learner engagement based on feedback and assessment data.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Develop, upload, and maintain training materials on the LMS, ensuring smooth access and navigation for learners.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external partners to procure and customize training solutions, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
