These companies have no manner and they don't know company policy. They deduct employee salary without any intimation. I was present there and I took half-day because of emergency case and HR said Boss said to deduct my full day salary. Is this a genuine reason? How anybody can do this without any intimation? Even though HR doesn't know anything she behaves like a child. She doesn't have a good English as well. She should be capable to sit in the HR manager post....Read More
