first, they will put you on the bench for months and suddenly put on the project of a totally different profile WHICH EVENTUALLY makes YOU TO LEAVE ORG, they will not provide any training or very little guidance. Negative work-life balance work like 12-18 hours, no regard for personal life Manager and Client manager is an 18th-century slave mind.
