NEEV SYSTEM CLIENT EXPLOITING EVERY TECH EMPLOYEE
In the name of WFH, they make us work more than 12 -18 hours , and clients are so irresponsible that they ask to work on weekends. The manager also sometimes does not help with that and never stands up for his/her employees. They charge 3-4 lacs per month from clients and give salary of 30-40k only , even to senior employees who work very hard.
Poor management, no accountability for employees' personal time.
The client manager - [ the great Navaneetha K V ] misuses his authority and asks for updates at 4-5 am and if anyone fails to do so he escalates this to top management and makes everyone's life hell. he has no regard for the employee's personal life
Management should increase salaries and set boundaries for the work of Greedy clients on weekends.
I got so stressed that I had to visit doctors for it and take prescribed medications., Unable to sleep, cook food for myself, dark circles, and whatnot!, How should I tackle this problem?
