A learning platform. But unfit for long life career.

Dislikes

Company require a lot of improvement : They put up there business on these who are thereself inexperience. HR policy needed. Company change his policy after every month. A strong management required who is willing to work. Employee satisfaction is not there. Employee didn't get there salary on time . Even I didn't get my FNF after 4 month. Overall a mix feeling.

Seniors are behaving like friend. you will not face much pressure there.

This is Very Poor Company they will deduct your PF but after F&F they will not give you your complete Pf because they didn't Submit your PF Amount. 2nd Thing in this office you will not get job Security
