Nepotism means Narsi, because all are relative even staff and Worker both are staying in the same room. if you are from another state then cant survive there.

The team I work with is really supportive and cooperating. Our Manager is also our mentor.

Dislikes

2 to 3 months delay in salary.. One who doesn't have another financial backup will not be able sustain with this.
