Dislikes

The only thing that needs improvement is the identification of projects according to the employee's skill set and aligning employee to projects.

Right now only one thing is good that is wfh and that too only for some people

Worst service company to work for at present - poor appraisals - 3 % ctc cut in name of company performance - if you are on bench or maternity leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries...Read More

What ever the hike you will get at the time of joining that the only truth. HR will make false promises for appraisal hike but appraisal is not good what HR have told. I don't have good experience with my previous manager. On Yammer, they are very good but on call they treat like they are threatening you. They force you to work on things that are not beneficial for you, and then they base promotions on skills you are not allowed to work on. The promotion process is terrible. They expect you to complete full-fledged projects in addition to your regular work, and promotions are dry not salary increment.

About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. In the name of increment, penny amount of hardly 3-5% is giving. Bench strength is increasing day by day . Silent layoffs are happening for people who are on bench for more than 6 months
