1. decent pay 2. company policies are employee friendly 3. job security is good...they didn't fire anybody during covid first wave, just some pay cut. 4. work culture is good but also depends on project/manager, some managers are good and manage project well but they are rare. 5. They give pluralsight and udemy subscriptions.

Dislikes

Initially in every project work pressure is very high. Lot of time your work is taken as granted. Award and appreciation is like a tool. Some managers do not have good project management skills, they have unrealistic expectations, and sometimes do not treat team members well. Onsite opportunities are very less.
