Everything . Never ever join this company. They will put you on bench for months and then they say you 3 chances to clear the interview and get the project. I have given 2 interviews and I have not selected for the project then after 4 months of no work no interview, a meeting has been scheduled with the HR and they said that my performance was bad ,my reviews are bad and they directly put me into the notice period few days ago. This company is the worst worst worst. Can't be trusted at all. When I am not even getting a interview for the project then on what basis you are judging my performance and when I have already given increment 2 times then how my reviews are bad. Projects are really awful here and most of them are running legacy codes. The timelines given for tasks are mostly unrealistic and you will feel work pressure every single day. I personally think when will Weekend come right from Monday itself. You see there is no kind of work motivation you get here. All you are is just money making machine for the company and nothing else. People in my team works even till 1:30 am in the night starting from 8am in the morning.
