I have previously worked with many bigger Brands like Amazon, IBM, Deutsche Bank but Nagarro is the best Company when it comes to Employee satisfaction. I have seen sheer dedication of our Company pioneers and empathy they showed during the Corona pandemic by directly reaching out to families of our Colleagues who had suffered. I really felt like a Family in a workplace for the first time. Nagarro is always leading when it comes to evolving as per era and WFA (work from anywhere) is prime example of this. I am working for Nagarro since 2019 and my overall experience is quite good. I enjoy working here along with my teammates. Our CEO is very cool and I can feel a personal touch with him whenever he writes us. I feel my job is secure here. The company is very cool and open to all kinds of innovations and developments within the departments.
