First of all amazing people to work with, In Nagarro my colleagues are not some ordinary people, they are intellectuals, quick learners and thinking breakthrough kind of thinker, so i learn a lot just by working with them. I am working on a single project since i joined nagarro 3 years back and it is an amazing project with nice people around from across the continent I work as a fronted developer and feels proud for the product we are developing

Nagarro is very Employee Centric. They take care of their employees along side the customers. Nagarro provides lot of opportunities and different platform for its employees to grow. They always stand by the needs of their employees.

Dislikes

It would be better if an Employees gets interviewed by the client at the time of joining only. Because when one gives multiple round of interviews and ended up in the pool and he/she again has to go through multiple round of interviews for the project, its very frustrating and also produces the doubt of job security. Nagarro really needs to work on this front.

I have total 8 year of experience & Working from last 4 year+ here. & management and work cloture is quite good as compare to my previous companies. Policies are also employee friendly.

Dislikes

Some time based on projects we have some tight deadlines & have to work extra, little bit of work presser. not always but most of the time.

Great place to work. Company policies are very good and very interactive management. Very much visibility what you are doing. Nagarro has a great culture of "Work from Anywhere". Very good company for everyone specially for mothers you can see your child in front of your eyes.

Higher management is supportive. Good place to learn and grow. You will get opportunities to learn new technologies easily as so many meetups/events occurs within organization on different trending tech stacks for QA and Devs.

The project selection is not that good. It is mandatory to serve atleast a year in a single project. Sometimes projects are of support which drains the knowledge gained over the years.
