Need advice for selecting the right company
Need help in deciding the company.
1.Fractal Analytics
2.IRIS Software Inc.
3.Perficient
4.BP (British petroleum)
5.Genpact
6.Nagarro
7.GlobalLogic
CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7
All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.

Hey I can totally relate! 🌟 BP might offer stability and a strong brand but if you’re looking for cutting edge work so Fractal or GlobalLogic might be a better fit

Why is offer same for them all? Use them against each other to increase the compensation. With 7 offers you could've easily reached around 30-35 from 16. Increase your expectations with each new interview you are giving. If you are satisfied at 25 then no reason to... see more

@easylobster11 no dsa required. Only in BP there was dsa involved but only till basic level.
