This is a great working place, especially for freshers. They have culture of understanding the employees. So you don’t feel any pressure to work.

You need to develop your skills on your own. mPura shows you the way to enhance the skills but its employee own ability to enhance their skills.

At first they will be pampered and they spoke about good work culture

Dislikes

Bad work culture. Many jaalraas and bad company environment. Bad organisation structure and worst part is they will not pay good, even if you are good and passionate in work. Kindly don't join. I had a terrible experience. Many didn't receive experience certificate. I skilled with techstacks as i delivered two projects in short period. But work - life balance and mental health is zero..
