Dislikes

Management politics, HR don't support to bottom midle and bottom line employees. Dedicated Training department not available.

Work Details

I have very good work experience in first 7 years and we work like our own company but from last 4 years company atmosphere 180 degree rotate and skilled people start to leave from company.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
