Subordinates and team mates are good and helpful. But still healthy work environment is missing.

Dislikes

Managerial role people are busy taking good on their pocket and transferring bad on teams. Higher authority and Management knows about it but they do nothing as no one really care about it. They conduct interview for AM/DM post and then offer executive/officer grade without telling you about higherkey involved in career path.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
