The best part about working with MeraDoc is that the Senior management are very Value they give to us. If we are hard working and do our work with all seriousness, we are surely appreciated. The work ethics are really good and incase we need to reach out to the upper management, they are always approachable. There is a lot of learning I have received personally and been recognised. The planning, execution, prepardness and skill improvement is very good. This is one of the places where you can take initiatives and try to implement working stratergies for improving the whole system. Startups can be a tough place to work, i have been in one and worked there for about 7 years, its not easy and you dont see startups get a lot of good projects. With MeraDoc, its different. I joined this company hoping a good startup experience and my entry into healthcare. But this is just a BPO of other health company. Pathetic work culture. No support. HR is always absent or working from home. When other go for WFH she refuses. Admin blames us for every other thing. CEO and co founder are busy drinking in their office. Salary comes very late and is often deducted

Every thing about work nd culture is bad here. Please do not join even they offer you anything . because they are liar and deciet. Once you have joined them they will treat u like shit. So called Engagement head only knows how to scream.

Management is fraud. The salaries never come on time. People receive salary in pieces, 2 weeks after end of month. Too many unfair deduction. Company will not survive for more than 3-6 months.
