If someone have good self learning capability then he/she can have huge opportunity to explore himself/herself. There are few leads who are extremely talented and with there simple co-ordination can make you that level person. But the management people are very narrow minded , they were never able to keep their promises. Salary structure is very poor. Even they delayed salary by 3-4 months

Good team leaders. Good work life balance. Free lunch.

Dislikes

Salary too late. Employees who quit, never get their dues cleared. They block employees phone numbers to avoid them. No HR. Worst management. They keep talking about employees every time. No PF. Work on weekends.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
