Currently working with this organisation , and yes happy working here . I really like the culture and activities of this place , like here every Thursday they do this bhandara , so it is beneficial for the people who are living in pg or on rent and it's not just for office workers they do this outside the office also . There wasa box just at the entrance of the the office in which all office workers can collect there slightly used clothes so the clothes can be donated to the needy peoples . Senior staff is supportive and yes only deserving person gets promotion , doesn't matter from how long you are working or how much experience you have , if you are hard working , intelligence or just in short if are deserving you will grow here . Yes there is work pressure , but where it isn't . So yes a nice place to work . And also we are allowed to go outside in office hours on break...Read More

I joined as a Fresher in this company. I learnt a lot from this company and l enjoyed all the opportunities peovided by company. It has great invronment for freshers to getting growth in their career.

If they get the cheap labour then they will kick you any time. If you wanted to know the reasons they will deduct your salary and post wrong alligations on you.

Currently am working in mas callnet as a CCE in chat process and I like the environment of mas callnet also there staff very helpfull and kind, specially our manager Ankit Upreti very kind and supportive person also there conduct extra activities by our H.R department for fun

As a HR I learn lot of things in MCN the staff nd the people are very gud atmosphere is superb , I learnt how to work under pressure senior itself guide us if we face any kind of issue or we stuck at any point , in every field we have pressure nd senior will ask you for gud results it doesn't mean the are not supporting you , they always there for our help
