I am a new joiner to LTIMindtree and waiting for an active assignment, honestly not in a position to give positive feedback right now as I am still learning about the company and it's policy.

As a new joiner, I am not a fan of company policy. To be honest, I kind of dislike the company policy. 1) After onboarding, I was in a state of shock as I got to personally follow up with ppl to understand my next steps. 2) I was told that I need to be in office 2 days in a week and after 1st week it has become 3 days in a week andafter a month now it is 5 days in a week. Some managers create unnecessary chois for instance recently it is made madatory to book seat before comming to office but the app not allowing enough employees to book the seat but most of the seats are empty inside. After merging with LTI things are getting tight here.
