Advance and upgraded technical stacks used for development. Environment to learn best practice, can fine tune your skill. This all depends on project to project.

Dislikes

Holiday policy : For getting on day sick also you need to apply leave from your annual quota. Compensation are good for freshers but not for lateral people

LTIMindtree - Contract to Full Time

Hi All, I have 12+ years of experience in IT. I worked for IBM, TCS, WIPRO in full time. I'm from 10+3 (After 10th, full time 3 Years computer science diploma). Now I'm working with LTIMINDTREE with vendor payroll. LTIMindtree is now telling we can't convert you from Contact to Full Time due to my education and there is no exception. Do you know anyone recently converted/joined in LTI with 13 years of education?
