There is no Job security. Once you are on bench you will be terminated any time. Don't join this company. Also appraisals are delayed. No promotions even after completing 6 years.

It keeps tests (coderpad test)on our primary skills, which is very useful thing.

Dislikes

If new joinee doesn't allocated in a project, then it is organization fault. I don't understand why they are forcing us to resign from the company. This is the biggest dislike that many of the employees facing there.

Absolutely nothing the company is in such bad condition that they dont even have given welcoming kits

Company has absolutely no projects Hr is so irresponsible They give 45 rupees snack in the evening the queue to avail that starts from 1 hour before the designated time They ask bench employees to come to office daily 🙄 whats the absolute point of doing so other companies follow exact opposite of this They changed my base location to other part of city to collect anything like mouse or diwali gift i gotta travel 3 hours to get it The higher management is trash The hardware they provide they gave me i3 7th gen laptop and even after multiple requests they are not providing me another one Didnt even provided a bag to carry it They dont understand the term learning curve 5 days to learn react No party culture as well like seimens or accenture There internal websites suck I would request any fresher not to join the company For me they took more than 1.5 years to get onboarded to company...Read More

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.

Dislikes

There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.

Everything is good here apart from salary and hikes. The management under Media and Entertainment is very friendly and supportive. There is no work pressure and it depends on projects.

Salary and hikes. A little improvement in salary and hikes should be made so that it will be boost employees to give more to the company

1. A brand & it's Global presence 2. Latest tools and technologies used and existing workforce is trained 3. On time salary 4. Strategic partnership with reputed firms 5. Workshops to train the workforce with real-world use cases.

1. It has been identified that the employees working on customer location didn't get the feeler of brand due to lack of basic amenities and logistics and no audit towards such facilities. 2. Reimbursement for the expenses made by employee takes longer and even sometimes didn't even processed and no one is even care about the same. 3. Good Work Culture. Some project have lot of learning opportunity. Support from others including technical manager and RM for any help and co-operation. Recognition on the project work from higher management. Work Life balance and flexibility of Hybrid mode Work.
