Sadly, not much. I have been lucky with good team and an excellent client so, luckily, the work is good They have an excellent set of internal tools though, well integrated and saves a lot of time with timesheets etc..

Dislikes

1. The shift allowances are just nonsensical. Too low. Especially the night shift allowance. 2. Lot of micromanagement. Probably the biggest sore point 3. Not a very encouraging culture e.g., “If you don’t complete the exercise the. You won’t be allowed to attend future training’s” is not something you want to hear at 35 with morethan a decade of experience in the field. 4. The appraisal process makes very little sense - although that’s pretty much the case anywhere. 5. In my experience there seems to be little effort towards long term planning and the focus always seems to be on dragging the existing operation instead of growing it....Read More
