Dont join this company, they dont have projects especially in bangalore. most of the projects are BPO kind of projects they have. And also there is no job security here. Here RMG team also worst team , dont have proper responsibility . even if you are keep on asking projects to them they dont respond to you. even projects are avilable they says its another skill set kind of thing. And also most of the managers are dont have management skills , they are simply enjoy their honeymoon period here, because they never bother project is in RED also , they take it easy especially in bangalore location managers. Even if you work day and night for the project , they will give you rating like below rating and they will treat you as a donkey .. there is no work life balance here no perks and no projects....Read More

Its horrible . even if you work DAY and night they will give you under rating . finally they will say , its like a higher management given . worst managers , worst projects . i never see this type of culture in IT.
