New property, tastefully done except back areas, owners are wealthy and highly influential and are very concerned with upkeep of the property. Good location for tourists who want to stay close to old city. Talented managers and staff.

Lot of owner interference. GM gets sandwiched between owner and managing company. GM hardly have any control over accounts department. I was denied figures for profit and loss report right from the beginning thereby remained confused over hotel's profitability. I was harrassed and humiliated by one of the top official of managing company time and time again. He never appreciated and wants GM to be his puppet. Top officials will pressurize you a lot for more and more business even if you are meeting laid down annual budget....Read More
