dislike is a list of things 1.People appreciation not done because of groups and favoritism so talented people not getting appreciated 2.Salary increments not done because they hire one person keep them for 2 Years for 12k if they adjust to the groups there they will survive or else terminate and again take a new person for 12k itself cost saving for company too 3.Favoritism and group forming make company down fall because of this two reasons company many projects didn't went well proper guidance and appropriate person should be appointed for each project 4.CEO involvement about company is too low also blindly trusting people below him and not knowing what is exactly happening in office because of trusting blindly he will soon loose his company itself 5. Perks and benefits are not much also development of skills are not encouraged, everybody should be given chance for getting awards and recognitions but it will be given to repeated persons only that too will be decided by only one who is next to CEO because of that person only this company will face downfall...Read More
