I was working in phoenix mall for 8 years. Then lakeshore offer me for job with hike, i have complete one mall construction within 6 months and make it operational, after 6 months , lakeshore told me, we dont require you. So don't join this company if you have good experience in big company. If you don't have any job, then and then you can join this company. Worst HR team I ever seen in my whole carrier. Their HR policies are even more pethetic, the notice period is of 3 months even for an executive level. Very unethical and unprofessional HR team they keep changing their HR policies regularly by their own and as per their benifits. The HR team sits at head office based in Mumbai and play dirty politics with innocent employees. I will never ever recommend or encourage anyone to join this organisation. The company name is also have bad image in the market because many almost 90% employees left the organisation before their probation period.
