Should be updated policy for existing employees and their growth. Employees are panic when they are skilled and not getting hike as per skills. Freshers are offered much than Kyndryl experienced employees

Dislikes

Not happy at all to being employee of Kyndryl. It’s more than 8 year same company IBM then Kyndryl but no growth. Growth will be given to managers closed or their friends. Very bad to see HR are not involved to check this

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
