Working for kansanshi makes me feel good as the company gives you all the necessary tools and skills to execute to duties and enables you make decisions on behalf of management which in turn builds your confidence levels and helps in career progression

Dislikes

Just the failure by certain office bearers to implement certain company policies which are readily available but not implimented.

The company sees the behavior practice of an employee, hard working, committed as well as punctuality, How relate with your friends. The company increase the salary upon completion of probation, even annually.The company allows free participation outside company vicinity.The company teaches on SWPs, SOPs

The only thing I dislike is call-out during my off duty.

The salary of kanshanshi mining no delay and every day off free bus going to town and very good accommodation.
