Learning was good, multitasking, print development learning, sampling experience.

Dislikes

Work timing, managers behaviour, no HR rules, discrimination among the employ on same label on the basis of salary, bonus, exposure.

Work Details

I was working as senior Designer for more than 2 years, there was a small team for designing, we used to do diff. Works apart from designing. Sampling, development, merchandising, range presentation, sourcing etc.
