I was like the company procces which name was Ola customer I had enjoyed lot work there and I had learnt many useful thing that how to talk with customers and my senior and manger and tl was very supportive and they used to encourage me every time

There management was very bad during pendimic time they didn't support us they terminated to us while we had supported our company in every time but they didn't supported in our bad time

I love the process E& for which I worked for but when it comes to Ison it's very disappointing

Worst management Worst ambience Fake promises by HR team Scamming in salaries No proper ID card No proper canteen No job security There's no proper security guards or camera's Not supportive Promoting for the people whom they like and not by the performance Very bad experience and I regret for wasting my time in this organisation

Management is very bad. Even they are not good to hold the client for long period also they are not providing any logical reason to employee for cost cutting.

Worst... experience...first beg for salary...then after resigning beg for fnf and experience letter... You cannot trust the payroll team... Once u leave the company u have to call hundred time for experience letter and fnf...

Worst management, they say within 6 months you will get promoted it's all fake promises. Once you enter you will become slave and they don't have any human emotions all they need is work.

Not worth your time and efforts. An organisation which lacks in vision and leadership. Doesn't matter how much efforts you put in and how good results you produce, you will only end up getting whooped and scolded by the management.

Felt very frustrated while working there. You will get your salary after 40-45 days of working and you have to beg money to everyone because you need money to survive. Dont work here !
