Working nature they forced people to come early and leave late always always have system issue TLs nature very bad and one more think if you want a leave they insult you they didn't understand the situation. And they also kept you incentives and give to their fav. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I got a very good experience while working, I shouted a lot and learned a lot without it, how to track and how to talk, it was a new experience.

What is it that you are coming in full talk salary and you don't get any increment from it, you can earn as much actual incentive as you want, but if someone buys one rupee from your talk salary, then you can come and do a full survey.

Working at iSON is very comfortable because we have easy access to top management panel like management VPs and HR VPs. So we can make our concern heard, even if our site head or project head is not responding to any of those concerns. And they will give proper solutions for those concerns if they are valid.

iSON has many other ventures, but they are more like a start-up (even if they are not behaving like one.)
