The company however cannot be termed bad or good it is the people who make the company, but with this particular company I can draw the line with the management under Raman Arora and preeti HR manager is bound to be struggling since I have not seen such unprofessional people in my entire career I have been working in BPO sector quite a long but have not seen such low standards and unethical ways of working in my entire career. I was serving in MOHALI and there were constant pressures in the BPO industry which I already have experienced but their unprofessional approach and unjustified ways of dealing or to handle with such pressures made me think think and Re think to get along with. And finally a day came where one who is working with full dedication and with no compromise on moral and ethical values was forced to leave without settling till today and therefore I can sum up if you want to work with these particular people, please rethink thrice....Read More
