I liked nothing about this company.

Dislikes

Too much toxic work culture. No growth financially and professionally. When it comes to appraisals they always give reasons that next time you will get better and forget about promotion unless you know how to make your boss happy. They don't care how much hardwork you do.

no job security, if you are not in project then after 2 months company forced employees to put resign. Sales team not taking efforts to bring new projects in company.

Intelliswift is a vendor and mostly deployed in client location. If you satisfy the customer, intelliswift is good. They don't have an infra in Chennai and operate from Bangalore office.

Recruitment department- TA team manager has maintained no work life balance. Every Saturday pressurising to work. Blames for no reason No appreciation or motivation for the team. Always talks negatively over calls
