It's a good brand (not management). I thought not to recommend anyone to join this company but again that was my bad experience, so I did recommend few people thinking at least they might get good experience. Fun Friday's are awesome. Helpful employees (recruiters).
Dislikes
Management is horrible, we can say they don't have a management at least for pune location. Sr. Managers/Head will treat you like a nothing. They don't care about employees problems. Hr's have no value and no rights to make any decisions. Company follows 3 months notice period but not for everyone, management's loved ones can get exit in a week or less.
