I don't like anything about intelliswift at all.

Dislikes

They do micro-management at workplace. They even don't allow to go for a break. They believe in hiringa and firing and the job security is very poor. Layoffs are very often.

Likes

Intelliswift is a vendor and mostly deployed in client location. If you satisfy the customer, intelliswift is good. They don't have an infra in Chennai and operate from Bangalore office.

No work life balance, no management support , toxic culture with toxic managers . It's a pathetic place to work.always ask extend to work extra with no compensation.
