The only good thing about the company is the Flexi Time.

I regret my decision of joining this company.After joining I came to know its hire and fire company. You will be fired any time.Poor quality of projects. HR Dept. is Inefficient,lethargic,Arrogant,Non co operative. From the time, Old HR team has been replaced the quality of the HR dept. has come to zero. You dont get your important letters on time, Your queries are not resolved on time. All are very arrogant people.So much politics in the company. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
