No training or growth opportunities Forget about growth Salaries are below industry standards Appraisal-it literally takes months and months to get it processed with hell lot of follow-up of no use, with a standard rise to every employee no matter how much efforts you put in.. It's not your working manager who decides your percent but some anonymous individual ! The only good thing about the company is the Flexi Time.

I regret my decision of joining this company.After joining I came to know its hire and fire company. You will be fired any time.Poor quality of projects. HR Dept. is Inefficient,lethargic,Arrogant,Non co operative. From the time, Old HR team has been replaced the quality of the HR dept. has come to zero. You dont get your important letters on time, Your queries are not resolved on time. All are very arrogant people.So much politics in the company.
